Because it’s important to me to be super clear about the process from the beginning, so everything flows smoothly, here are the guidelines I like to follow with my clients ✨
We will schedule either a zoom meeting or phone call to discuss EVERYTHING about your painting. From choosing the right canvas size, the composition, the colors, etc.
After we talk about your vision and all the details, I’ll send you a reference image for approval. Once that reference is approved, we won’t be able to make changes to the overall composition, drawing, or placement of elements.
Then I’ll draw it on the canvas and send a photo for confirmation. At that stage, I can still accept small adjustments before I start painting.
Before I start painting, an advanced deposit of 40% (non refundable) can be sent to my email (which I'll personally send to you) to secure your commission. After that, I’ll begin painting 🎨
Once the painting is finished, I’ll send a photo and one final round of corrections — but only small tone or color adjustments (no major changes).
After that, you’re welcome to come see it in person! You can either take it home or, if needed, we can discuss one last small adjustment — and that would be the final set of changes. At this point, you can also let me know if you'd like your painting varnished for a glossy finish and protection for a small extra fee. Then the remaining balance will be completed.
Please take your time when reviewing each step and send all corrections together, as I'm not able to accept unlimited changes at different times.
Thank you so much for your understanding and for trusting me with your piece 🤍🎨
